1. Agreement and eligibility
By using this website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
2. Digital products and delivery
Craft & Command products are digital goods delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped. Checkout, payment, receipt, and download delivery may be provided through Payhip and its payment partners. You are responsible for entering a working email address at checkout and retaining your receipt.
3. One-business license
Your purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for use inside one business. The purchaser may edit working copies and share them with owners, employees, or contractors actively working for that same business.
You may not:
- resell, sublicense, redistribute, or give away the original files;
- upload the files to a public website, shared marketplace, file-sharing service, or template library;
- claim Craft & Command materials as your own work;
- use one purchase for multiple unrelated businesses; or
- copy or modify the materials to create a competing product for sale.
4. Software and compatibility
Product listings identify intended file types and recommended software. The Contractor Command Center is designed for Microsoft Excel. It may be converted for Google Sheets, but conversion can change formatting or formulas. You are responsible for confirming compatibility before purchase and maintaining backup copies.
5. Educational and business-use disclaimer
Our products are organizational and educational tools. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, insurance, employment, or regulatory advice. You remain responsible for business decisions, record accuracy, customer communications, pricing, contracts, legal compliance, and professional advice appropriate to your situation.
We do not guarantee revenue, profit, leads, contracts, funding, compliance, or any particular business result.
6. Payments and refunds
Prices are displayed before checkout and may change for future purchases. Applicable taxes or processor charges may be added where required. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual property
The website, branding, text, layouts, frameworks, downloadable files, and original product content are owned by Craft & Command or used with permission. Except for the limited license above, no ownership rights are transferred to you.
8. Availability and liability
We may update, correct, replace, or discontinue products or website features. To the fullest extent permitted by law, products are provided “as is” without guarantees beyond those expressly stated. Craft & Command is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use a product. Any direct liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing law and general terms
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
